SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Crowned Athletics x Loungefly x Cakeworthy x Simple Modern x Jukebox Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is Crowned Athletics LLC, with its principal place of business at 19342 Sunray Lane Unit 101 Huntington Beach, CA 92648 ("Crowned Athletics" or "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor.
NO DISNEY SPONSORSHIP: This Promotion features Disney Princess-themed and Disney Princess-inspired products. The Promotion is in no way sponsored or administered by The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates.
BINDING AGREEMENT: These Official Rules ("Rules") constitute a legally binding agreement between Sponsor and entrant ("Entrant" or "you," or "your"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between statements made in any promotional materials for the Sweepstakes and these Rules, these Rules govern.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal adult residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Disney, the prize providers, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related companies, and all other entities associated with the creation, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such family members, are not eligible to enter or win. All eligibility is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sweepstakes ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on August 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: To participate, you will need an Instagram account. If you do not already have one, you may create one for free at instagram.com; doing so requires you to agree to Instagram's own terms of service and privacy policy. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Each Entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability associated with this Promotion."
During the Entry Period: (1) use the link in the Crowned Athletics Instagram bio to access the Promotion entry form (the "Entry Form"); (2) provide a valid email address and Instagram handle on the Entry Form and click "Enter Now"; (3) like the Sweepstakes Instagram post on the Crowned Athletics Instagram profile; and (4) comment on the Sweepstakes post with your favorite Disney Princess and include #sweepstakes.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, per email address, and per Instagram account, regardless of the number of accounts, devices, or email addresses used. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any duplicate, automated, or bulk entries, and any entries it reasonably believes were submitted using multiple identities or in violation of these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for the content of any comment, caption, or other user-generated content submitted in connection with the Promotion, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, disregard, or disqualify any entry containing content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
By entering with an email address, you provide express permission to be contacted by email regarding the Promotion. By registering and submitting your email address, you agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at crownedathletics.com/policies/privacy-policy. Your email address may be shared with Sponsor's affiliated business entities and contractors solely for purposes of administering the Promotion. If you are selected as a winner, your name and mailing address will also be shared with Cakeworthy, Loungefly, Simple Modern, and Jukebox solely as necessary for each to fulfill its respective portion of the prize. With your email submission, you expressly agree to receive marketing emails from Crowned Athletics. You may opt out at any time by following the directions in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Your entry must include a valid email address, which will serve as your identity for entry and, if selected, as the identity of the winner.
SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER:
DRAWING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about August 26, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Promotion and these Rules are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, and to refuse to award a prize to any person who is not eligible or has violated these Rules, gained an unfair advantage, or obtained winner status through fraudulent means. If a winner is found ineligible or non-compliant, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Three (3) eligible entries will be selected from among all entries received.
NOTIFICATION TO WINNER. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message at the handle provided, or by email at the address provided at entry, on or about August 26, 2026.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. A potential winner must respond to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of notification with their mailing address and confirmation of eligibility. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees, without the need for any separately signed document, to the General Release, the California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver, and the Publicity Release set forth in these Rules. If a potential winner (A) does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, (B) is found ineligible, (C) fails to execute and return any required information or documentation, (D) declines the prize, or (E) fails to comply with these Rules, that winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries in a separate random drawing.
WINNERS LIST. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Crowned Athletics LLC, Attn: World Princess Week Sweepstakes Winners List, 19342 Sunray Lane Unit 101, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, to be received within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes end date (August 25, 2026).
PRIZE: There will be three (3) winners. Each winner will receive: one (1) Disney Princess Athletic Dress from Crowned Athletics; one (1) Disney Princess Jasmine mini backpack from Loungefly; one (1) Disney Princess water bottle from Simple Modern; three (3) Disney Princess body soaps from Jukebox; and one (1) $150 USD gift card from Cakeworthy. Please allow a minimum of ten (10) business days after acceptance of the prize for delivery. The estimated retail value of the total prize package is $422 USD.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each item comprising the prize is supplied by the brand identified in these Rules, and that brand is solely responsible for the safety, quality, and condition of the item it supplies. Sponsor's responsibility is limited to the item it directly supplies and does not extend to items supplied by Cakeworthy, Loungefly, Simple Modern, or Jukebox. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes and fees associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason — including if the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted, or if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have undermined or impaired the integrity, administration, security, or feasibility of the Promotion — in each case without liability to any Entrant. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be: (A) tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion, or acting in violation of these Rules; (B) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (C) undermining the legitimate operation of the Promotion; or (D) annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to pursue damages and other remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes. or continuing the Promotion as contemplated by these Rules by any event beyond its reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event") — including fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic or other public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist act, war (declared or undeclared), or any government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court of competent jurisdiction — Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before its scheduled end date, Sponsor will, if possible, select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the Force Majeure Event. Inclusion in such selection is each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under these circumstances.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, hometown, voice, biographical information, statements, and prize information (collectively, "Attributes") for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, in all media now known or later devised, without further compensation, and releases Sponsor from all claims arising out of such use.
DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor is not responsible for: (A) late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (B) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (C) Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond Sponsor's control or by unauthorized human intervention; or (D) printing or typographical errors in materials associated with the Promotion. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant, for Entrant and for Entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns: (A) releases and holds harmless Crowned Athletics, The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates, Cakeworthy, Loungefly, Simple Modern, and Jukebox, and each of their respective officers, managers, directors, stockholders, members, employees, agents, and representatives (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, and waives any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion, or the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of, or inability to use, any prize — including, without limitation, claims for personal injury, death, property damage or destruction, rights of publicity or privacy, or defamation or false light — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory, except to the extent such claims arise from the gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law by a Released Party; (B) acknowledges that the Released Parties have made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding any prize, including its quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (C) agrees to be bound by these Rules, waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules or the Promotion, and agrees to be bound by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 WAIVER: Entrant expressly waives the benefits of, and any rights under, California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." Entrant acknowledges that this waiver is a material inducement to the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion.
PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information collected from Entrants in connection with the Promotion will be used by Crowned Athletics and its service providers solely for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Rules and in accordance with Crowned Athletics' Privacy Policy at crownedathletics.com/policies/privacy-policy. Each Entrant agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by Crowned Athletics and its service providers for purposes of the Promotion. California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended; see the Privacy Policy above for details on how to exercise those rights.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrant agrees that if any dispute arises that is related to the Promotion or these Rules, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Entrant agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any Claim (defined below) will be the state or federal courts located in the county in which Sponsor maintains its principal place of business, and Entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection to venue there. ENTRANT AND SPONSOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: (A) ALL CLAIMS, ACTUAL OR ALLEGED, AND CAUSES OF ACTION AT LAW OR IN EQUITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OR THESE RULES ("CLAIMS") MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN ENTRANT'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. (B) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, Entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or multiplied damages, and to attorneys' fees, except to the extent such a waiver is not permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section is intended to, and nothing in this section shall, limit any right or remedy that cannot be limited or waived as a matter of law, including any non-waivable rights under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.). (C) In no event will Entrant recover more than their reasonable, actual, documented out-of-pocket expenses.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect as if the invalid provision were not included. These Rules, and any Claim arising out of or relating to the Promotion, will be governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Sponsor may assign its rights and obligations under these Rules at any time without notice.
