We have restocks and/or new product launches year round! Sorry, but we do not have exact dates for specific restocking items and collections. Check out our 'Filter By Available' feature located on the left side of any collection page to see what is available in your size.

If you are looking for a specific item and size, we recommend signing up for restock email and/or SMS notifications for when a random return or exchange comes in. 

*Note: If you receive one of these notifications and go to the website but it is sold out again, this notification was probably for a random return or exchange - meaning only one was available. Make sure to re-sign up for your specific size notification if you missed out and be on the lookout for a full restock announcement in the future!

When will you restock [blank item]?

Please view our Size Guide and the Size Guide highlight on our Instagram page (it has a green clothing hanger symbol). Each individual product's size chart will also give recommendations based on previous reviews on whether to size up or down if you are in between sizes.

What size should I get?

We can only edit orders (change in address, add/subtract items, change sizes, etc) within the same PST calendar day they were placed. If you are within that day, please respond with exactly what needs to be changed so we can better quickly serve you!

I need to edit my order

The USPS tracking system does not initiate scans upon pickup at our warehouse; rather, it records these scans once the package reaches their facility and undergoes sorting. So, even if the tracking appears stagnant with a "pre-shipment" status, rest assured that your package is en route to you!

My package isn't moving!

To get the exchange/return process started, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps.

*Please note: You cannot combine returns from multiple orders into one package. 

We are happy to process a size exchange for you if the requested size is currently in stock. If it is out of stock, you are welcome to select a different item.

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) within 2-5 business days from the order date. *Please allow additional processing time for collection launches!
