The Crowned Jewels Club is Crowned Athletics’ reward program designed to celebrate our community for shopping and engaging with us. By enrolling in or participating in the Crowned Jewels Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Program Enrollment

Participation in the Crowned Jewels Club is free and open to individuals with an active Crowned Athletics shopping account. Members are automatically enrolled in the Pearl tier upon signing up.

Points, rewards, and tier benefits are non transferable and may not be combined across multiple accounts.

Participation in the Crowned Jewels Club is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account.

Earning Points

Members earn points in the following ways:

• 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases before taxes and shipping
• Bonus points for specific actions such as birthdays, subscribing to our email list, and following Crowned Athletics on designated social media platforms

Eligible purchases exclude taxes, shipping fees, refunds, canceled orders, package protection, gift cards, and any other exclusions determined by Crowned Athletics.

Points may take some time to appear in your account after they are earned and are subject to verification.

Tier Structure and Benefits

Pearl Tier

Pearl status is granted to all members upon enrollment with 0 points required.

Pearl members earn 1 point per $1 spent and may redeem:

• $10 off with 100 points
• $20 off with 200 points

Gem Tier

Gem status is achieved after earning 3,000 points.

Gem members receive all Pearl benefits plus:

• $40 off with 400 points
• $60 off with 600 points
• Access to special deals and offers reserved for Gem members

Diamond Tier

Diamond status is achieved after earning 6,000 points.

Diamond members receive all Pearl and Gem benefits plus:

• $80 off with 800 points
• $100 off with 1,000 points
• Access to special deals and offers
• Access to exclusive giveaways
• Free yearly gift
• Free shipping*
• Free unlimited returns + package protection**

The yearly gift is subject to availability and may vary year to year.

* Free shipping on eligible orders, with shipping fees covered up to $15 per order. Additional shipping charges may apply based on destination or shipping method. This benefit is provided via a unique, customer-specific reward code that must be manually entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

** Free unlimited returns + package protection on eligible orders, with coverage provided up to $22 per order. Additional charges may apply based on destination or carrier requirements. This benefit is provided via a unique, customer-specific reward code that must be manually entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. This benefit does not apply to orders that contain only final sale items. Standard return policies apply to final sale items.

Tier benefits are subject to availability and may change at Crowned Athletics’ discretion. Certain benefits, including giveaways and gifts, may be limited in quantity and are available while supplies last.

Tier Qualification & Duration

Members receive tier benefits immediately upon qualifying for a new tier.

Once a member reaches a higher tier, that tier status and its associated benefits will remain active for 365 days from the date the tier is achieved.

After the 365 day period, a member’s tier status will be reviewed based on the total number of points earned during the preceding 365 days. Tier placement will be determined as follows:

• Pearl Tier: 0 to 2,999 points earned in the past 365 days
• Gem Tier: 3,000 to 5,999 points earned in the past 365 days
• Diamond Tier: 6,000 or more points earned in the past 365 days

If a member qualifies for a higher tier at any time during the review period, their tier will be upgraded immediately and the 365 day tier period will reset from the date of upgrade.

Points & Rewards Expiration

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity, measured from a member’s most recent eligible point earning activity, such as making a purchase, or point redeeming activity, such as redeeming a reward.

Any qualifying activity that earns or redeems points will reset the 6 month expiration period, with the exception of birthday points.

If no eligible earning or redeeming activity occurs within the 6 month period, all unused points in the account will expire.

Redeemed rewards expire 365 days after the date of redemption. 

Redeeming Rewards

Crowned Jewels Club rewards and benefits are issued as individual reward codes that must be manually entered at checkout. Rewards cannot be combined with other reward codes unless otherwise stated and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

Points are deducted from your account at the time of redemption. Points have no monetary value, do not constitute property, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or credit outside of the Crowned Jewels Club.

Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or previous purchases. Certain rewards may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions disclosed at the time of redemption.

Stacking Rules

• Free shipping and free unlimited returns + package protection are issued as unique, customer-specific codes.
• Free shipping and free unlimited returns + package protection codes may be stacked with one dollar-off reward code (for example, a $10 off reward).
• Only one amount-off reward code may be used per order. Amount-off codes cannot be combined with other amount-off codes (for example, a $10 off code cannot be stacked with a $20 off code).
• Amount-off reward codes may not be combined with other promotional offers, including affiliate or sale codes.
• Reward codes may not be transferred, shared, reused, or combined across multiple accounts unless explicitly stated.

All reward codes are subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, expiration dates, and other conditions disclosed at the time of issuance.

Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds

When an amount-off reward code is used on an order containing multiple items, the discount is applied proportionally across all items in the order based on each item’s pre-discount price. This proportional allocation is used to determine refund and exchange values. As a result, refund and exchange amounts are calculated based on the discounted value of each individual item, not the original item price.

If you exchange an item, your original reward will be applied to the value of the exchanged item.

If you return an item for a refund, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. Points redeemed and rewards applied to a refunded purchase will not be returned to your account.

Program Changes and Termination

Crowned Athletics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Crowned Jewels Club, including point values, reward thresholds, tier qualifications, and benefits, at any time without notice. Crowned Athletics does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific reward or benefit.

Crowned Athletics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of rewards, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. Upon account suspension or termination, any unused points, rewards, or tier benefits may be forfeited without compensation.

Crowned Athletics reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke return, shipping, or package protection benefits in cases of excessive use, suspected abuse, or activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Crowned Jewels Club.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowned Athletics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Crowned Jewels Club, including but not limited to system errors, reward availability, or program changes.

Crowned Athletics is not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, platform outages, or governmental actions.

General Conditions

The Crowned Jewels Club is void where prohibited by law. Crowned Athletics’ decisions regarding the program are final. Crowned Athletics reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California.

Crowned Athletics reserves the right to correct any errors related to point accrual, reward redemptions, or tier status, including retroactive adjustments if points or rewards were issued incorrectly due to system errors, technical issues, or human error.

Program benefits, rewards, and availability may vary by location and are subject to applicable laws, shipping constraints, and regional availability. Members are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with their orders, regardless of tier benefits.

Crowned Athletics is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated contact information, spam filters, or delivery failures.
