WHY YOU MIGHT SEE TWO CHARGES

You may notice what looks like a “double charge” on your bank or card statement after placing an order. Don’t worry—you haven’t been charged twice.

Here’s what’s happening:

• When you place an order, your payment method first creates an authorization (a pending charge) for the total.

• If your tax amount is adjusted based on your exact shipping address, a new authorization is issued for the correct total.

• The original authorization may still appear on your account, but it is not an actual charge.

The first authorization will automatically drop off within 7 business days (depending on your bank or card provider). Only the final, adjusted total will remain as the completed charge.
