Thank you for purchasing a Crowned Athletics pre-sale item. By placing a pre-sale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. Your pre-sale purchase reserves your item for our upcoming production run.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, affiliate codes, and Crowned Jewels Club rewards cannot be applied to pre-sale items.
Estimated Delivery
Your pre-sale item is expected to arrive within 6 months. This delivery date is an estimate only and is subject to change. If there is a delay to the estimated delivery timeline, we will notify you via the email address associated with your order.
Orders Containing Pre-Sale Items
DO NOT purchase your pre-sale item(s) with any other products in a single order. Multiple pre-sale items may be purchased together in the same order.
If your order includes both pre-sale item(s) and other products, your Crowned Jewels Club rewards points may not calculate or display accurately, and we cannot guarantee that points will be awarded correctly. Purchasing other products in the same order may also delay shipment of those items.
Returns & Exchanges
Pre-sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges in accordance with Crowned Athletics' standard Return & Exchange Policy. The applicable return and exchange period begins on the date your pre-sale item is delivered, not the date your order is placed.
Order Changes
All pre-sale purchases are final once an order has been placed. Pre-sale orders cannot be modified, combined with other orders, or canceled. Once your pre-sale item has been delivered, it may be returned or exchanged in accordance with Crowned Athletics' standard Return & Exchange Policy.
Availability
Pre-sale items are offered while quantities remain available. In the unlikely event Crowned Athletics is unable to fulfill your pre-sale order, you will be notified and issued a full refund to your original form of payment.
