Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to promotional offers, discount codes, sales, and special promotions offered by Crowned Athletics
GENERAL TERMS
Promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.
Promotional offers cannot be applied to replacement orders, exchanges, or price adjustments unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers are not valid on gift cards.
Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Promotional offers may not be combined with other discount codes, rewards, referral credits, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility, qualifying products, discount amounts, redemption limits, and expiration dates vary by promotion and will be communicated in the specific promotion details.
Some promotions may apply only to select products, collections, categories, or inventory, while others may apply sitewide.
Promotional offers are valid while supplies last and subject to product availability.
Adding products to your cart does not reserve inventory, discounts, promotional eligibility, or pricing.
Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and cannot be honored before or after the promotion has ended.
Crowned Athletics reserves the right to correct pricing, discount, promotional, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
Crowned Athletics reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, misuse of promotions, unauthorized resale activity, or other violations of these terms.
Crowned Athletics reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice due to technical errors, inventory shortages, fraud, misuse, or other circumstances that affect the administration or integrity of the promotion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders placed using a promotional offer remain subject to Crowned Athletics’ Return & Exchange Policy unless otherwise specified.
If an item purchased during a promotion is returned, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the item after applicable discounts have been applied.
Certain promotions may designate products as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or price adjustments unless required by applicable law.
