Please view our size diagrams below and the Size Guide highlight on our Instagram page (it has a green clothing hanger symbol). Most customers say we run true to size, but of course, everything comes down to personal preference (do you like to feel strapped in vs. wearing for lounge or comfort?). Each individual product's size chart will give recommendations (based on previous reviews) whether to size up or down if you are in between sizes.
