Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) within 2-5 business days from the order date. *Please allow additional processing time for collection launches!

Pre-shipment status: the USPS tracking system does not initiate scans upon pickup at our warehouse; rather, it records these scans once the package reaches their facility and undergoes sorting. So, even if the tracking appears stagnant with a "pre-shipment" status, rest assured that your package is en route to you! If your package still has not moved after a week, please let us know.
