Enjoy a smoother, faster Crowned Athletics exhibition booth experience with our virtual queue! Sign-up for the queue in-person, explore the surrounding area until it’s your turn, and avoid long lines or crowded entry. It’s the easiest way to secure your spot and make the most of your day!
STEP 1: SIGN-UP
Guests must sign up with their phone number in-person at our exact exhibition booth location with the available event staff on the day of the event.
The virtual queue opens when the exhibition begins and remains available until 1 hour before closing (local time).
Each guest may sign up once a day. Each virtual queue entry may include a maximum party size of two people total. Children ages 14 and under may accompany the registered guest and do not count toward the two-person limit but must be accompanied by an adult.
If the virtual queue is not in use, or once it has closed, guests may proceed directly into the booth without signing up.
STEP 2: WATCH FOR YOUR TURN
After joining the virtual queue, you’ll receive your number in line. This number will count down as we move through parties ahead of you.
When your number updates to 1, that means you’re next to be called. Please head to the booth and get in line to be assigned a personal shopper to assist you.
Keep your phone nearby for alerts! You'll receive an alert when it's almost your time – start heading to the exhibition booth location when you get the notification.
Please do not crowd the entrance or wait around the booth early – this helps us stay compliant with location regulations and ensures a safe, smooth experience for everyone.
STEP 3: RETURN WHEN NOTIFIED
You will receive an alert when it's your turn to shop! Please show the text confirmation to our wonderful Expo Event Staff to gain entry.
You’ll have a 15 minute grace period after receiving the confirmation text!

Have your information ready along with party size
MESSAGING:
The virtual queue system uses SMS text messaging to send queue updates and entry notifications. A valid mobile phone number capable of receiving U.S. or Canada text messages is required to participate. If you are using an international phone number, please verify at sign up that you receive your queue confirmation text. SMS delivery can vary by carrier and network settings.
If you do not receive a confirmation message, please notify event staff immediately so alternate arrangements can be reviewed if available. Crowned Athletics and its virtual queue provider are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier, network, or device limitations. Missed messages may result in loss of queue position. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
