How to Exchange an ItemUpdated 4 months ago

To get the exchange process started, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps. 

• You may exchange the same item for a new size (if in stock), pick a completely different item, or receive a store credit. 
• If you exchange for a lower-priced item, any remaining funds will be refunded as Store Credit.
• If you're exchanging for the same product type and value, you can reuse any discount code applied to your original order.
• We cannot process an exchange with an out-of-stock item.
• Domestic exchanges and store credit return shipping labels are complimentary. International exchanges are handled as a standard return.
• DO NOT combine returns from multiple orders into the same package.
• For orders that you received as a gift, use the option that says Start Gift Return Here.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the fulfillment date. 
Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque bag with adequate tape and protection.
