How to Exchange an ItemUpdated 4 months ago

To get the exchange process started, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps. 

• You may exchange the same item for a new size (if in stock), pick a completely different item, or receive a store credit.
• If you exchange for a lower-priced item, any remaining funds will be refunded as Store Credit.
• If you used a discount on your original order and are exchanging for new items, you may "Shop Now" with a pre-discount credit* valued at the original value of items, instead of the discounted price that was paid.
• We cannot process an exchange with an out-of-stock item.
• Domestic exchanges and store credit return shipping labels are complimentary. International exchanges are handled as a standard return.
• If your orders were combined for shipping, make sure you are using your ORIGINAL order numbers in the portal to submit the request.
• DO NOT combine returns from multiple orders into the same package.
• For orders that you received as a gift, use the option that says Start Gift Return Here.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the fulfillment date. 
Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque bag with adequate tape and protection.

*Pre-discount credit example:

• The customer originally purchased a $88 product, using a 20% off discount code, spending $70.40
• The customer initiates an exchange in Loop and chooses to "Shop Now"
• The customer can make an immediate exchange using $88 worth of credit, but if they elect for a refund or store credit to use later, the outcome remains in the amount paid, $70.40
• If the customer exchanges for a higher-priced item (for example $138), they can apply the $88 credit towards the exchange and only pay $50 in difference rather than $67.60
• If the customer exchanges for a lower-priced item (for example $64), and only uses a portion of their credit, they will receive a $6.40 gift card or refund since they only paid $70.40 on the original order
