To get the return process started, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps. 

• DO NOT combine returns from multiple orders into the same package.
• For orders that you received as a gift, use the option that says Start Gift Return Here.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the fulfillment date. 
Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque bag with adequate tape and protection.

*Domestic exchanges and store credit return shipping labels are complimentary. 

*Returns for a refund will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final refund amount. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 days for processing once the returns are received at our facility, followed by 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund request.
