At Crowned Athletics, we’re dedicated to making returns and exchanges as seamless as possible! Please review the following important details:

FREE UNLIMITED DOMESTIC RETURNS WITH REDO:

We’re excited to offer Free Unlimited Returns through our partnership with Redo! This option is available for domestic orders where Checkout Plus was selected at checkout. If eligible, you can enjoy a seamless return process with no additional shipping costs.

OTHER DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE OPTIONS:

• Exchange for Another Item: Exchange for any item of your choice, regardless of value. If you choose this option, the shipping label is complimentary. If you're exchanging for the same product type and value, you can reuse any discount code applied to your original order.
• Store Credit: Opt for store credit to use on a future purchase. Selecting store credit also includes a complimentary shipping label.
• Refund to Original Payment Method: Return the item for a refund to your original form of payment. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.
• Exchanges are processed as a return and a new purchase, with customers also covering the return shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL POLICY INFORMATION:

• Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque (non-see through) bag with adequate tape and protection.
• Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of the fulfillment date. Holiday orders placed between Black Friday & December 31st will have until January 31st to initiate a return.
• All accessories are FINAL SALE
• Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE (excluding Black Friday & discount codes).
• DO NOT include extra items in your package that were not listed in your returns request. You will not be refunded for these.
• DO NOT combine multiple return submissions into one package.
• Allow 3-5 days for processing once the returns are received at our facility, followed by 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund request. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION & CLAIMS:

• Package Protection is provided as an option at checkout by ReDo Package Protection Protection. By deselecting the option, Crowned Athletics is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• If your package is damaged, please file a claim directly in the ReDo Portal.
• If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim 7 days after the last tracking update. If your package is delayed but continues to update, please wait the 7 days to submit your claim.
