Skip the stress and shop with ease – our virtual queue makes your Crowned Athletics Pop-Up Shop experience smoother, faster, and way more enjoyable! Join from nearby, explore the area until it’s your turn, and avoid long lines or crowded entry. It’s the easiest way to secure your spot and make the most of your day!
STEP 1: SIGN-UP
Click here to sign-up on the day of the event. The virtual queue opens 3 hours before the event begins and remains open for sign-ups all day until 1 hour before closing (local time). You may join at any time during that window, but sign-up is required for Pop-Up Shop entry until the queue closes. After that, you’re welcome to head straight to the shop entry without signing up.
Make sure your location services are turned on. You must be within 2 miles of our Pop-Up Shop location to join through the link.
Fill out all of the required sections and confirm. Each sign-up allows entry for up to 2 people. Children under 14 do not count toward your party size but must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
STEP 2: WATCH FOR YOUR TURN
After joining the virtual queue, you’ll receive your number in line. This number will count down as we move through parties ahead of you.
When your number updates to 1, that means you’re next to be called. Just hold tight until you receive the "it’s your turn" notification, and then head to the entrance to check-in.
Keep your phone nearby for alerts! You'll receive an alert when it's almost your time – start heading to the Pop-Up Shop location when you get the notification.
Please do not crowd the entrance or wait around the door early – this helps us stay compliant with hotel regulations and ensures a safe, smooth experience for everyone.
STEP 3: RETURN WHEN NOTIFIED
You will receive an alert when it's your turn to shop! Please show the text confirmation to our wonderful Pop-Up Shop Event Staff to gain entry.
You’ll have a 15 minute grace period after receiving the confirmation text!
TIPS FOR SUCCESS:
Have strong Wi-Fi or cellular service
Make sure you're within range prior to the queue opening
Have your information ready along with party size
