To help everything run smoothly (and make sure you get the most out of the experience), we&#x2019;ve put together a few important details to keep in mind when visiting us.PRODUCT AVAILIBILTY &amp; INVENTORYProduct reservations, pickups, or holds are not available at the Pop-Up Shop. All inventory is first come, first serve while supplies last. Advertised collections will be available on-site in sizes XS&#x2013;XXXL, but quantities are limited. If items sell out during the event, we&#x2019;ll do our best to keep the virtual queue updated with real-time availability.&#xA0;For certain popular collections, a purchase limit may be advertised to help ensure more customers have a chance to shop. The typical limit is 2 per collection product style, per person. For example: within one collection, you may purchase up to 2 leggings total (any size), 2 flow tanks total, 2 athletic tanks total, etc. This applies to each style&#xA0;offered in the collection.DISCOUNTS &amp; LOYALTY POINTSPop-Up Shop pricing is set at the event and cannot be combined with discount codes or loyalty rewards. However, VIP points will still be awarded &#x2014; just be sure to provide your email at checkout to receive credit.VIRTUAL QUEUESigning up for our virtual queue is required for Pop-Up Shop entry until one hour before closing. The queue opens 3 hours before the event begins on the day of the event. After that point, you may enter the shop without signing up. Our standard size chart will be posted on-site for easy reference. To help keep things moving smoothly, fitting rooms are limited to 5 items at a time. Any additional items can be held by our team until you&#x2019;re ready, but you&#x2019;ll need to rejoin the line for a second try-on session.SAMPLE TRY-ON RACKIf your size happens to sell out in any available products, you can still use our sample rack to try on sizes in sports bras, athletic tanks, flow tanks, jackets, skorts, and leggings. It&#x2019;s a helpful option for finding your fit for future online orders.BARGAIN BINSIf advertised, our Bargain Bins include select sample items or products with minor defects at 50% off the original price. The virtual queue opens 3 hours before the event begins and sign-up is required for all Pop-Up Shop entry until one hour before closing (local time). After that, you&#x2019;re welcome to head straight to the shop entry &#x2013; no sign-up needed.</li><li data-list-indent="1" data-list-type="bulleted" style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Make sure your location services are turned on. Each sign-up allows entry for up to 2 people. You&apos;ll receive an alert when it&apos;s almost your time &#x2013; start heading to the Pop-Up Shop location when you get the notification.</li><li style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Please do not crowd the entrance or wait around the door early &#x2013; this helps us stay compliant with hotel regulations and ensures a safe, smooth experience for everyone.</li></ul>&#xA0;STEP 3: RETURN WHEN NOTIFIED<ul><li data-list-indent="1" data-list-type="bulleted" style="font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">You will receive an alert when it&apos;s your turn to shop!
