There’s nothing like the energy of a Crowned Athletics booth at an exhibition, with products in-person, exclusive deals, and all the clubhouse community vibes! To help everything run smoothly (and make sure you get the most out of the experience), we’ve put together a few important details to keep in mind when visiting us.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & INVENTORY
Product reservations, pickups, or holds are not available at Crowned Athletics exhibition booths. All inventory is first come, first serve while supplies last. Advertised collections will be available on-site in sizes XS–XXXL, but quantities are limited. If items sell out during the event, we’ll do our best to keep the attendees updated with real-time availability.
For collections debuting at the booth or certain popular collections, a purchase limit may be advertised to help ensure more customers have a chance to shop. The limit is 2 per collection product style, per person. For example: within one collection, you may purchase up to 2 leggings total (any size), 2 flow tanks total, 2 athletic tanks total, etc. This applies to each style offered in the collection. Please note: a different color is considered a different style.
DISCOUNTS & REWARDS POINTS
Product pricing is set on-site and cannot be combined with promo codes or Crowned Jewels Club point redemptions, including affiliate or rewards codes. Crowned Jewels Club points will still be earned on eligible in-person purchases; please provide your email at checkout to receive points.
VIRTUAL QUEUE
To manage crowd flow, entry to our exhibition booth may be managed through a virtual queue. When in use, sign-up is required in person at our booth. Each guest may sign up once, and each virtual queue entry may include a maximum of two people total. Children ages 14 and under may accompany the registered guest and do not count toward the two-person limit. If activated, the virtual queue opens when the exhibition begins and remains available until 1 hour before closing (local time). Guests may join at any point during that window; when the virtual queue is not in use, guests may proceed directly into the booth. FITTING ROOMS
Fitting rooms will not be available at all exhibition booths. Mirrors, measuring tapes, and our standard size chart will be available on-site at all events to help with sizing and selection. When fitting rooms are in use, try-ons are limited to 5 items at a time to keep things moving smoothly. Any additional items may be held by our team, and guests will need to rejoin the fitting room line for a second try-on session.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Gift-with-purchase items and complimentary handouts are available while supplies last and are not guaranteed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pre-existing orders at a Crowned Athletics exhibition booth. Accessory items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All other items purchased on-site are eligible under our standard return policy here. We strongly recommend providing your email at checkout to help streamline any future return or exchange requests.
